For our D2C Sales & Marketing Team, we are looking for a: Position: Department: Location: [D2C Sales & Marketing] Account Manager - SMB (m/f/d) LGEWEA.D2C Sales & Marketing Eschborn Your responsibilities
1. Translate LG's mission, purpose and strategy into a D2C e-commerce strategy in an omni-channel environment
2. Overall responsibility of sales and marketing activities targeted towards small and medium-sized businesses in the D2C area based on 4P marketing mix
3. Planning, creation and execution of sales and marketing activities on LG.com including PSI management
4. Analyze campaigns & identify optimization potentials to grow the brand and maximize ROI
5. Process optimization and further development with the help of relevant LG departments on a global level
6. Collaborate with our service and logistics teams to enable high customer satisfaction in all aspects
Your qualifications
7. Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on business administration, marketing, IT or comparable commercial training
8. At least 3-5 years of professional sales experience in a comparable position (consumer electronics and D2C desirable)
9. Very good understanding of e-commerce marketing
10. Logical and analytical way of thinking with high attention to detail and careful way of working
11. Independent and hands-on work as a team player
12. Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
13. Fluent English and good written and spoken German (Korean an advantage)
