Product Manager - Application Management Services (f/m/d)

Hyra is hiring on behalf of a global technology and business services leader for the position of Product Manager – Application Management Services (AMS). This role is key to shaping and expanding SAP-based managed services portfolios, driving innovation across cloud and AI-enabled service models in an international environment.
What you'll be doing
• Identify market trends and emerging technologies in SAP AMS and cloud solutions
• Develop and manage global managed services portfolio roadmaps
• Design new service offerings including scope, pricing, and cost models
• Own end-to-end service offer management (go-to-market, lifecycle, delivery enablement)
• Create and maintain key documentation (SOWs, costing, pricing, sales materials)
• Support sales and presales teams with product expertise
• Prepare decision-making materials for senior leadership
What we're looking for
• Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Application Management Services
• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ERP) and AMS presales and/or product management
• Experience with outcome-based or industry-specific AMS models is a plus
• Fluent in English and/or German
• Strong communication skills and experience working with international stakeholders
