đ§© Role Overview
As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead, inspire, and grow a team of field sales professionals. Youâll be on the ground at least 3 days a week, coaching by example and pushing for consistent excellence in execution, client engagement, and deal conversion.
đŒ Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coach a high-performing team of Field Sales Managers in the DACH region
2. Drive new business acquisition and help the team exceed targets
3. Deliver hands-on coaching on pitch excellence, consultative selling, and product knowledge
4. Monitor KPIs, provide performance feedback, and implement corrective actions
5. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives
6. Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams
7. Share market insights to influence product development and strategic decisions
8. Ensure data accuracy and discipline within Salesforce and internal tools
9. Encourage a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement

What Weâre Looking For
10. 2â4+ yearsâ experience managing B2B sales teams
11. Proven success in sales and business development (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
12. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
13. Fluent German and excellent English
14. Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
15. Analytical with good Excel/CRM knowledge (Salesforce a plus)
16. Passionate about hospitality, technology, and building high-performing teams
