Your Role in Our Team
* Develop comprehensive project plans, defining clear objectives, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote task implementation, and mobilize internal and external resources to resolve execution obstacles.
* Monitor project progress and costs, identify deviations in a timely manner, and formulate corrective measures.
* Conduct risk management, identify potential risks, and develop response plans.
* Standardize the change management process, assess the impact of changes, and promote approval and implementation.
* Establish efficient communication mechanisms to synchronize project progress and coordinate stakeholder needs.
* Organize project acceptance, complete results handover, and conduct project summary and review.
Your Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. The academic qualification must be officially recognized in Germany.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of project management experience. Experience in the agricultural machinery or heavy machinery manufacturing industry is preferred.
Core Competencies
* Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (C1 level or above), capable of professional written and oral communication.
* Strong cross-cultural collaboration ability, able to effectively address and resolve challenges arising from cultural differences.
* Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with outstanding organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the working culture and business practices in Germany and Europe, especially knowledge of regulations, standards, and industry structure in the agricultural machinery sector.
