Your tasks
10. Inquiry and triggering of orders, incl. renegotiations and complaint processing
11. Active supplier management and offer selection in compliance with the applicable quality and process specifications
12. Material availability planning in coordination with production and logistics to optimize production supply
13. Close cooperation with international interfaces, including global purchasing, supply chain, quality, operational excellence
14. Coordination with internal and external technical contacts Invoice clarification and contact with Accounting in Ireland and local Controlling
15. Obtaining order approvals in accordance with the specification matrix
16. Compliance with supply chain legislation such as RoHs, REACH, EUDR
Your profile
17. Successfully completed commercial or comparable training
18. At least 2 years of professional experience in the commercial sector
19. Ideally experience in manufacturing companies and/or medical environment
20. User knowledge of SAP
21. Strong communication skills
22. High level of problem-solving skills
23. Very good knowledge of German and English
