As part of the deployment and delivery team, you’ll be key in shaping how we deliver the solution to our clients and partners. To support our exponential growth, we are looking for a (Junior) Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team!
Manage complex telecommunication projects end-to-end and act as the main point of contact for a customer’s counterpart
Identify and manage the project risks, provide mitigations and resolution plans
Manage project execution; track project activities via Jira, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
build customer relationship, confidence, and trust, ensuring project progress is communicated and arrange meetings and customer events
Develop a scalable and reproducible approach to project management of our deployment projects
Project Management experience with technical teams on large-scale and fast-paced projects
Experience managing cross-team projects with the ability to prioritize workloads
Experience with technical project management
Experience owning customer engagement and being the go-to contact for customers in technical projects
Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
Certifications or training as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, etc.
Experience with project management automation through Jira automation or other tools
Fluency in German, Spanish or French
