Carpet Sales Manager – Germany & Europe Region We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Carpet Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales activities in Germany and across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop carpet sales operations in Germany and Europe,
Develop and implement regional sales strategies,
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities,
Set, monitor, and report on sales targets,
Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance our competitive advantage,
Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve overall performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the carpet, textile, or related industries within Germany and Europe,
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken),
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills,
Proven track record in B2B sales with a customer-focused approach,
Willingness to travel and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
