We are now looking for a driven B2B Sales Manager (Field Sales Representative) to accelerate our growth, acquire new corporate clients, and build strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
As a B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d) (Field Sales Representative), you will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, fleet operators, and mobility partners. Your role is key to expanding our market presence, closing high-value contracts, and optimizing sales strategies for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 New Business Development
* Identify and prospect B2B clients (corporates, fleet managers, leasing firms, mobility platforms)
* Develop and execute sales strategies for key German and European markets
* Manage outbound sales campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and attend networking events
🤝 Account Management & Client Relations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
* Present tailored mobility solutions and pricing models
* Ensure high customer retention and handle contract renewals
📊 Sales Operations & Strategy
* Work closely with marketing & operations to align on sales strategy
* Negotiate and close high-value B2B contracts
* Monitor and report on key KPIs (revenue, conversion rates, fleet utilization, retention)
🔗 Partnership Development
* Establish partnerships with leasing companies, fleet service providers, and mobility platforms
* Negotiate volume fleet deals and strategic growth partnerships
Requirements
✅ Proven experience in B2B sales (mobility, leasing, automotive, or SaaS preferred)
✅ Strong negotiation and contract management skills
✅ Ability to engage confidently with C-level decision-makers in corporate mobility and fleet management
✅ Strong command of German and English (business-level proficiency); knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
✅ Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
✅ Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
