Develop and manage EMEA franchise strategic plans aligned with divisional goals Collaborate with country managers to review and align local execution plans Coordinate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive implementation Guide positioning, messaging, and objection-handling strategies for both new and existing products Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to inform market direction Ensure product development initiatives are market-relevant and clinically impactful Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders Collaborate across EMEA and global teams, including Sales, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, and Commercial Excellence Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent required. A 7-10+ years of product management experience considered an asset, preferably gained in the Medical Device industry Fluency in English required and an additional European language preferred Demonstrates strengths in strategic thinking & business acumen At ease in a clinical selling environment. Excellent planning and organizational abilities. Team player with ability to gain support of colleagues. Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization and confidence to lead and influence across multiple organizations/stakeholders Ability to work autonomously and with great initiative & attitude.
