ACCOUNT MANAGER - BADEN WURTTEMBERG AREA
Account Manager – Baden-Württemberg area
The Extron Account Manager position is a high level sales position within the Extron Sales Department with focus on outside account management activities in the Baden-Württemberg territory and surroundings. The Account Manager is responsible for the relationship of Extron resellers, Consultants and End Users within this region on all sales subjects. In pursuit of that, the Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
Pre-sales
5. The Account Manager should be in close contact with the sales team of top dealers, with consultants and key end users of her/his area.
6. Pro-actively visit all the active resellers and consultants/planners and make them aware of all new products and their advantages.
7. Re-actively support resellers, consultants and end users in their request for help on projects/ tenders, dealer shows, trade shows.
After-sales
8. Pro-actively contact the top resellers about completed projects and end user satisfaction.
9. Re-actively visit prospects on site at the request of Inside Sales team, Senior Account Manager, Director or VP or evaluate possible new dealers following web requests, phone calls, tradeshows etc.
Marketing
10. Pro-actively discuss with sales team of top dealers, needed/ wanted product or product changes regarding their market and competition.
11. Re-actively conduct research in a specific product group area at the request of the product marketing group regarding prices, competition, sales action etc.
12. Pro actively take pictures of reseller’s installations, resellers events when possible.
Reporting
13. The Account Manager reports about each customer visit to top dealers, consultants and end-users to the sales team.
Personal requirements
14. At least 5-10 years relevant work experience in the Audio Visual industry in Germany.
15. German and English language skills both spoken as written.
