Negentrix Holding is an educational company on a mission to help people integrate into Germany through applied education and employment.
We currently operate three schools — IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology — where we train students in in-demand professions and support them from choosing a direction to their first employment.
Our audience consists of individuals for whom German is not their native language, but Germany is their new home. We know how to help them become part of society and build successful careers.
We are now launching our own University — designed for those seeking their first professional qualification. In this context, we are looking for a Product Manager who will help turn the concept into a strong and impactful product.
Your Responsibilities
Preparation for the University launch:
* Conduct market and audience research;
* Define student and graduate personas;
* Contribute to positioning and the first educational programs;
* Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research (including JTBD interviews);
* Translate strategy into actionable steps: website, landing pages, funnel design.
Educational Product Launch:
* Co-create the program with instructional designers and subject matter experts;
* Prepare product materials for marketing and sales;
* Take ownership of key product metrics:
— Conversion Rate to course start
— Churn Rate;
— NPS;
— Engagement Rate (ER).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Participate in and lead cross-functional working groups;
* Set tasks for design, content, instructional, and other teams;
* Educate marketing and sales teams about the new product.
We Expect You To
* Have experience launching products from scratch;
* Understand EdTech and want to create real impact for people and society;
* Be confident in working with product metrics and frameworks;
* Value structure but feel comfortable in fast-paced and flexible environments;
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity;
* Be located outside of Russia and Belarus and have legal work authorization or a residence permit in another country;
* Languages: native Russian, English B2+ (required), German (nice to have).
