If you're passionate about HR, driven by continuous improvement, and ready to contribute to a company that values teamwork and employee well-being, this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive HR generalist support to Group Directors and their leadership teamsAdvise and support line managers on employee relations topics, including absence, performance, and contract changesLead People & Culture projects, ensuring clear objectives, aligned resources, and effective timelineOversee Talent Management across the full employee lifecycle and develop the learning and development plan based on business needsSupport Compensation & Benefits decisions aligned with market competitiveness, internal budgets, and governanceStrengthen leadership capability through feedback and coachingDrive employee engagement activities and support action planning across functionsDeliver HR updates at team meetings, leadership meetings and town hallsManage the full recruitment process for the client group, including hiring strategy, sourcing partners, interviews, salary negotiations, and cost controlEnsure accurate and timely issuance of employment contractsPlan and implement training programs to support organizational capability buildingWe are looking for two HR Business Partners:Area of Finance, IT, Legal & ComplianceArea of Business TransformationYour profileUniversity degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, or PsychologySolid HR Generalist experience or transferable experience in another functionPractical experience in an organisation operating in GermanyExperience in the FMCG sector is an advantagePractice in a Consultancy environment is a plusExperience with stakeholders in the area of Project Management is beneficialBusiness‑savvy mindset with strong analytical thinking and adaptabilityPassion for continuous imprivement and driving change initiativesCustomer-focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experienceAbility to build strong, credible relationships within HR and across functionsHighly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budgetProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointLiving within a commutable distance to DüsseldorfWillingness to travel to international sitesWorking with usIntersnack has become one of Europe’s leading savory snacks producers by ‘creating happy snacking moments’ in people’s lives.
