Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Service Integration Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle stages from the Service perspective, including Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration projects.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop upside potential and risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service.
* Define and assess target operating models for Service, covering processes, products, systems, org structure, and footprint.
* Develop and implement PMI plans for Service.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams within the global matrix, including central and regional functions, as well as third parties.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, business engineering, or similar; an advanced degree is a plus.
* Experience in Customer Service, preferably in MedTech.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a diligent working style.
* Effective communication, collaboration, and networking skills for engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
* PASSION for designing and optimizing business processes.
* Enterprise IT system experience, such as SAP and SalesForce.
* Project management methodology experience, using relevant IT tools.
* Fluency in German and English, both orally and in writing.
