Project Manager
The Opportunity:
USEUCOM is standing up a modeling, simulation, and decision analytics program to produce and integrate operational modeling, simulation, and data analytics in support of Joint, Combined, and Coalition operations, planning, and decision making. This new program will leverage digital technologies and analytic methodologies to inform planning, exercises, experiments, and wargames through models, simulations, and analytics of current and alternative operational environments, learn probable adversary actions and reactions, and understand the possible impacts to U.S., Alliance, and partner forces’ ability to operation in the USEUCOM AOR.
You’ll be the Project Manager helping our team and our client integrate advanced data, analytics, and modeling and simulations capabilities into USEUCOM’s operational planning and wargaming functions. You’ll lead a modeling and simulation working group to coordinate and support modeling and simulation efforts with customers across USEUCOM, Service Components, and Joint Staff.
You’ll guide the work we do for client planning and project managements, as well as the solutions we deliver for our clients.

You Have:
1. 5+ years of experience supporting the DoD
2. 3+ years of experience with project management
3. 1+ years of experience working at a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Major Command staff
4. Knowledge of theater strategy, plans, authorities, and Joint constructs, including Joint exercises and operations
5. Ability to solve complex problems and coordinate across interagency stakeholders
6. Ability to brief senior-level stakeholders
7. Ability to work independently while working across a broad team
8. TS/SCI clearance
9. Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
10. Experience with data analytics, including Power BI or Data Science 5K
11. Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes
12. Knowledge of Agile, Software Development Life Cycle, or DevOps concepts and tools, such as JIRA
13. Ability to facilitate technical activities in exercises and other Joint events to ensure readiness for theater operations
14. Ability to identify and communicate relevant doctrine, organization, training, materiel, TTPs, and policies
15. Master’s degree
16. PMP certification
17. Agile certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
