Project Manager Service Integration
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our Service Integration projects from inception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects, including Due Diligence and Post-Merger Integration.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and apply upside potential & risk scenario assessment frameworks to inform project decisions.
* Define and assess target operating models for Service, covering processes, products, systems, org structure, and footprint.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams within the global matrix, including central and regional functions, as well as third-party stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required; an advanced degree is desirable.
* Several years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in MedTech.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented working style.
* Effective communication, collaboration, and networking skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Possession of solid experience with enterprise IT systems such as SAP and SalesForce.
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS TEAMS, SharePoint, and other relevant project management tools.
* Fluency in English both orally and in writing.
