Description and Requirements The ISG Category Pricing Product Manager will be responsible for ISGu2019s pricing strategy and to build & expand the ISG Pricing tool with AI and Data Science (PAIDs) pilot to multiple markets. Reporting to the VP Category leader, this role primarily goals is to provide dedicated strategy, operations and product management execution on ISG pricing and to expand PAIDs. PAIDS is more than just a pricing systemu2014itu2019s an intelligent, self-learning engine that directly supports the ISG Category vision of a u201cLow-Touch, Ease-of-Doing-Businessu201d model. By embedding AI-driven logic directly into our LBP platform, PAIDS empowers sellers with real-time pricing intelligence, eliminating friction and enabling smarter, faster decisions. Building on your strong financial analysis capabilities, robust sales acumen and active leadership strengths to transform ISG pricing strategy, your role is at the heart of ISGu2019s success. Your Responsibilities will be: Pricing Strategy Manage adjustment grid strategy & pricing PAIDs Product & Market Expansion Expand current pilot from 2 markets to all ISO Expand the functionality and evolve the system to include inputs such as: External signals like PFV intelligence Market trends Supply/demand dynamics Win/loss rates at various prices Competitive Market Intelligence (Example: Bids from competition integration) PAIDS Product Lifecycle Drive PAIDs to maximize adoption, opportunities and meet business objectives Enable stakeholders with key messages & value proposition on why to use Engage with BU, sales, Finance and ISO on specific PAIDS product requirements Methodically capture new features & requests, prioritize them and share with operations team. Act as the u201cVoice of the fieldu201d from Sales / Finance PAIDS Product Ambassador Be a PAIDs and category ambassador internally and externally Act as a PAIDs ambassador to support all affected stakeholders Accountable for the deployment & success of PAIDS Requirements Minimum Bachelor, preferred masteru2019s degree Business Administration with focus on 4P Category At least 10 years previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales & Partner Compensation, Channel with at least 3 years previous experience in Pricing Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive Strong analytical skills and detail oriented Understanding of various server and storage technologies For Germany, the preferred location is Stuttgart.
