Role overview

Unlock your full potential with Learning & Development (L&D) at Allianz Services. Our team of experts is passionate about creating the best learning experience for our clients and their learners. We cater to our clients’ needs with our services aiming to support them along the entire L&D value chain. What you do:

* Carry out pitches with clients, manage client follow-ups and maintain strong relationships.
* Autonomously advise customers and stakeholders, actively clarifying their expectations and requirements.
* Produce comprehensive proposals, including cost estimates, for new service requests.
* Take ownership of projects to achieve your yearly utilization target.
* Identify key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, and engage them effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure on time, on budget and high-quality project deliverables, workstreams and tasks and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction through proactive management and engagement.
* Manage interfaces between HRS L&D services.
* Make sure to align locations and steer the process autonomously.
* Prepare and lead engaging training sessions on topics such as AI and Generative AI, in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, to provide participants with impactful and insightful learning experiences.
* Drive effective communication strategies, ensuring clear and impactful messaging to all stakeholders.Manage medium to large key accountsIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency through innovative ideas, AI, etc.

What you bring:

* Fluency in English & German, both written and spoken - at least C1.
* Proficient in project management tools and standards; excellent Microsoft Office skills – a Project Management certification is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
* Strengths in visual design and presentation.
* Functional knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks
* A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in project management, demonstrating growth and responsibility in previous roles.
* Proven experience in delivering training sessions, with the ability to engage participants and facilitate effective learning experiences.
* We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
