YOUR TASKS
1. Full responsibility for the project during the Execution and Execution Readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service
2. Lead, coordinate and manage the project team to ensure safe and successful wind farm installation in terms of cost, quality, time, and all relevant KPIs
3. Act as the internal representative of the project, supporting service functions and ensuring alignment across departments such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations
4. Manage all financial aspects of the project, including risk analysis and proactive implementation of mitigation strategies
5. Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies throughout all project phases and guarantee HSE and technical requirements are met on site
6. Take responsibility for the safety of the project team, subcontractors, and all stakeholders affected by the project
7. Handle institutional relationships, commercial and contractual discussions, claims, disputes, and other contractual matters with clients and suppliers
8. Oversee customer and contract management including claims handling, change orders, invoicing, and cash collection
9. Set up and maintain project management tools (e.g. schedule, risk matrix, forecast, org chart, Upvise)
10. Monitor and report on project performance indicators as defined by the PM department
YOUR PROFILE
11. Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar
12. 3–5+ years of experience in a similar project management role
13. Proven experience in conflict resolution and working in international environments
14. Solid background in project management, ideally within the wind energy sector or a comparable international industry
15. Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
16. Willingness to travel
17. Fluent in English and German (must-have)
