Responsibilities Delivery of capital projects safely, on budget and to schedule Plan, execute and track the progress of projects through the design phases from concept to handover, including commissioning and qualification Ensure key deliverables as per client standards are adhered to Effective communicator on all levels of the organizations involved Establish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved Devise and implement robust plans and strategies to effectively manage the project lifespan Transparently communicate project issues to the team and other stakeholders, and follow-up with the right skill sets to put solutions in place on time and within budget Provide direction and vision to the project team Ability to resource and link the right skillset on projects Build effective communication between the team, clients, and stakeholders Reporting to management on project/schedule/cost including transparent reporting on issues Ensure adherence to the client’s quality and engineering standards Develop & implement appropriate project execution strategy with stakeholder involvement Monitor compliance to practices, policies, and specifications Manage overall proactive quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) Qualifications 10+ years of project experience 3rd level degree in relevant engineering discipline 7+ years experience with (large) Pharmaceutical/BioPharma/Life Sciences Projects Fluent or business proficient in German and English Full lifecycle Project Management Cost Control and proven experience in meeting cost targets Scheduling and achieving schedules Delivery of projects within a GMP environment Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards Inclusion and Diversity Inclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
