Your mission You manage the sales of our products and battery raw materials in the B2B environment and actively drive our growth in target markets. This includes lead generation as well as building and continuously developing the sales funnel in our CRM system. Together with Key Account Management, you strengthen long‑term customer relationships and build sustainable partnerships. You further develop our sales structures and processes, strategically leveraging analytical and digital solutions. You implement commercial excellence and ensure that customer centricity is lived across all areas. With your strong market awareness, you analyze industry data, prices and competitive developments and prepare insightful reports. You work closely with our Business Management, Production, Public Relations and Marketing teams to promote innovation and align product development with customer needs. At trade fairs and conferences, you represent cylib and inspire customers and partners with our products. Your profile You hold a degree in Business Administration, Raw Materials or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study. You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of technical products, ideally in raw materials trading. You demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy working on complex technical and business‑related topics. You use AI tools with ease and creativity and are experienced in applying and shaping AI assistants in your daily work. You impress with a confident presence, clear communication and excellent negotiation skills. You act entrepreneurially, think solution‑oriented and enjoy taking an active role in shaping new ideas. You work in a structured, team‑oriented manner and place great value on the quality of your results. Flexibility and adaptability are among your strengths, ideally supported by prior experience in a dynamic start-up or scale‑up environment. Our process The cylib process offers a complete end-to-end process from battery pack to green battery material by employing a combination of mechanical and thermal pre-treatments and an innovative water-based lithium and graphite recovery. Unlike incumbents, cylib can therefore recover battery materials such as lithium, graphite or manganese. The process was developed over several years of research at the renown RWTH Aachen University and offers an efficient, resource- and climate friendly recovery of all battery materials from end-of-life batteries. cylib's technology enables the recovery of all battery components regardless of whether it is an end-of-life battery or not. Recovery of green secondary raw materials from the cylib process enables the realization of the true Circular Economy on the European market. Interested?
