We seek an engagement/project manager with experience in implementing or operating the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, you will lead an Expert Services delivery team, ensuring rapid success and ongoing value for customers. Principal Engagement Managers are experienced leaders who build high-performing teams, accelerate time to value, and facilitate effective program decision-making.
In this role, you will leverage your leadership skills and expertise in delivery, using Now Create, the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology, to drive successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery team throughout the engagement, setting vision and direction.
* Collaborating with the Sales Team, partners, and customers to understand project scope, challenges, and value.
* Applying Now Create methodology to ensure long-term customer success.
* Serving as the primary contact for internal teams, customers, and partners to foster collaboration and effective decision-making.
* Establishing program governance to manage requirements within scope, schedule, and budget.
* Developing and executing risk management plans, and resolving issues efficiently.
* Mentoring team members to achieve project deliverables and customer satisfaction.
* Identifying gaps and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
* Working with the Sales Team during sales cycles as the project implementation expert.
Qualifications for success:
* Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools and automations.
* Experience with ServiceNow platform implementation or operation, with relevant certifications.
* 8+ years in a professional services environment or similar.
* Ability to travel up to 50%.
* Excellent communication skills in English & German.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMI).
* Agile/Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification are a plus.
* Ability to lead projects independently.
* Strong understanding of technology.
* Proven ability to resolve complex issues.
* A growth mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
