As Project Manager on our team, you’ll be leading the EMS Electronics Manufacturing Services in Automotive Electronics. Introducing our new products and transition them from pilot lines into high volume serial production.
Your Role
Project Leadership & Execution
1. Drive the most complex and critical projects across timing, innovation, and technical scope.
2. Own and maintain full project plans, risk management, project reviews, and key deliverables.
3. Ensure project success across Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery, and Methodology.
4. Communicate customer requirements and performance targets clearly to internal teams.
5. Champion adherence to PDP processes and compliance standards.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Interface
6. Act as the main link between Manufacturing Sites and Supply Chain for transitioning products into high‑volume production.
7. Support serial launch readiness and smooth industrialisation.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
8. Serve as the primary customer-facing lead for all project management topics.
9. Align communication across customer and internal stakeholder groups.
Product Quality
10. Lead the team to achieve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Worldwide Formal Customer Complaint (WFCC) targets.
Cost, Budget & CAPEX
11. Meet investment and financial targets, including forecasts and capital spending.
12. Manage CAPEX planning, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
New Business Support
13. Collaborate with Start Center leaders during quote and early‑stage business activities.
Continuous Improvement
14. Apply Lean / I&CIM methodologies to drive operational efficiency and project team performance.
Team & Leadership
15. Lead through influence across functional teams.
16. Partner with Group Managers to ensure resource availability.
17. Act as a role model and mentor for junior PMs.
Compliance & Governance
18. Ensure full PDP compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting.
19. Support and participate in internal/external audits.
