Account Manager (m/f/d)
In your role as Account Manager you identify sales opportunities, support the Key Account Managers in your team and are the voice of the customer at Lear.
Key Tasks:
1. Build, develop and assure a trusted relationship with the customer
2. Preparation and negotiation of product offers and customer change requests
3. Development of offer strategies to fulfill the project goals / monitoring of the project result
4. Constructive cooperation with the project team (development, purchasing, operations and program management)
5. Support strong link between plant, business unit and external customer
6. Support of the Key Account Manager in the creation of a customer roadmap and administrative tasks (price maintenance, after sales, customer portal and system management)
7. Internal reporting and competition monitoring and analysis
Key Requirements:
8. Business or technical background, ideally university degree
9. First professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in purchasing, sales, program management or in the development department of an automotive supplier or OEM
10. Due to the international orientation of the company, business fluent English and French skills are required
11. Ability to work in a team and communication skills in an international environment
12. Economic thinking and customer orientation
13. Negotiation skills and independent working style
