**As a key member of the project core team, you will be working with the very latest secure communication technology and you will:*
• Develop a Quality Assurance Plan for projects developing new products and services.
• Flow down the contract specific quality requirements (e.g. to project, suppliers, subcontractors).
• Ensure project milestones and review gates are planned and implemented.
• Ensure management of Non-Conformance by project & service teams and trace back to root cause and track implementation of the resolution.
• Escalate hot topics and items of non-compliance.
• Education:* University degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
* *Experience:* Proven track record in Program/Project Management, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in *Software Development (SW) environments.*
* *Quality Expertise:* Practical experience in Quality Management (ideally SW Quality) and familiarity with auditing processes.
* *Soft Skills:* Strong analytical mindset, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative spirit for international teamwork.
* *Languages:* Fluency in *English and German (C1 level)* is essential for this role.
