Missions
* As a Project Manager of Media Education and Digital Innovation in Education, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the education system in terms of both pedagogy;
* And technology, ensuring that digital innovation enhances teaching, learning and school development in a meaningful and responsible way. You will participate in national and international projects at the intersection of education, technology, ethics, and policy;
* Candidates must demonstrate solid expertise in media education and project management, as well as a holistic understanding of the technological, legal, ethical and educational dimensions of integrating digital technology and artificial intelligence into school environments.
* Your responsibilities will include:
o National and international projects:
+ Coordinate or contribute to collaborative projects that drive the responsible implementation of digital and AI innovations in education, while also fostering digital competencies.
o Testing and evaluation:
+ Evaluating new and existing digital tools and AI solutions for their pedagogical relevance, usability, and potential impact in schools.
o Collaboration and guidance:
+ Supporting schools, educators and policymakers pedagogical interface in facilitating the pedagogically sound integration of digital and AI-based tools in schools.
o Work in multidisciplinary teams:
+ Work closely with pedagogical experts, legal advisors, IT specialists and education administrators to co-develop holistic strategies for digital education.
o Communication and reporting:
+ Produce detailed reports, summaries and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
Profil
Compétences techniques
* Master's degree in media pedagogy, educational technology, digital education or a related discipline;
* Project management experience, ideally in educational or innovation-related contexts, including the ability to lead pilot projects;
* Analytical skills to assess emerging technology trends and identify their potential benefits and challenges in different pedagogical use cases;
* Practical experience or strong proven interest in implementing digital technologies in educational settings, with a focus on enhancing teaching and learning practices, and supporting the development of digital competence.
Compétences comportementales
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, including IT specialists, policy makers, educators and legal experts;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate the pedagogical value and systemic implications of digital technologies and AI solutions in evolving educational landscapes;
* Curiosity and adaptability, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards emerging digital trends, with the flexibility to adapt strategies within dynamic innovation processes;
* Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written, to explain complex technological and educational concepts in an accessible way to various stakeholders;
* Openness to interdisciplinary perspectives, integrating pedagogical, ethical and legal perspectives.
Atouts
* Familiarity with Luxembourg’s education system;
* Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset.
Conditions d’admission
Le poste peut être brigué sous le statut du fonctionnaire ou de l’employé de l’État.
Si vous souhaitez postuler sous le statut du fonctionnaire, vous devrez au préalable avoir réussi l’épreuve d’aptitude générale (EAG). Les candidats ayant réussi à l’EAG restent admissibles aux épreuves spéciales pendant une durée de 5 ans (à compter à partir de la décision de la commission d’examen). Diplômes
Vous êtes titulaire d’un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d’enseignement supérieur reconnu par l’Etat du siège de l’établissement et sanctionnant l’accomplissement avec succès d’un master ou de son équivalent.
Langues
Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe A1.
Nationalité
Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
