YOUR MISSION:
* Drive profitable and sustainable growth in market share, sales, and brand visibility for PUMA within a defined customer portfolio, aligned with PUMA's strategic goals
* Manage pre-orders and re-orders, and prepare tailored offers for PUMA collections according to seasonal cycles and customer needs
* Analyze customer requirements and develop targeted measures to unlock sales potential—both in pre-order and post-order phases—to ensure long-term revenue growth
* Monitor market trends and evolving customer expectations, derive innovative (out-of-the-box) approaches, and implement new strategies to increase PUMA's market share
* Acquire new customers in line with PUMA's strategic guidelines to further expand our footprint.
YOUR TALENT:
* Solid understanding of the performance retail environment and its dynamics, complemented by experience or knowledge in the teamsports business
* Proven track record in acquiring new customers, supported by strong presentation and communication skills
* High level of commitment, team orientation, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Willingness to travel as required by the role.
