For our Oncology Business Unit in Munich, we are looking for a qualified and committed employee to be a Project Manager
Your tasks:
* Project coordination and independent handling of defined projects in the field of oncology
* Support of MSD's own training events as well as administration of external training events, congresses and cross-BU sponsorships
* Exchange with external agencies and organizers
* Creation, updating and approval of promotional materials, overview & tracking of expiration dates, structured filing and communication to the sales force
* Application for speaker contracts and consultant contracts as well as administrative processing and tracking
* Budget planning and tracking of the Cross Tumor franchise budget
* Management of purchasing processes (purchase order, reporting of provisions, invoicing process)
* Support of the cross-functional team in project implementation and active participation in meetings
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in project management
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Confidence in dealing with budget and business processes
* SAP / Veeva systems experience
* Organizational talent, willingness to cooperate, coordination and teamwork skills
* High level of self-organization and the ability to prioritize tasks
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Very good PC skills with demonstrated Microsoft Excel knowledge and usage
* Affinity for digital media
* Good written and spoken English skills
* Fluent German speaker
