Our Excelitas site in Regen is our centre of excellence for high-precision optics. From development to production on state-of-the-art machines, specialists work here with passion to meet all customer requirements on a daily basis. A wide range of highly precise optical components are reliably supplied to a wide variety of markets and applications. Examples of applications include dental cameras and endoscopes in medical applications, head-up displays in the aerospace industry, aerial cameras and a wide range of special solutions in the field of research and development.
Main responsibilities
* Plan and schedule demand in close collaboration with customer segments, purchasing, and production
* Coordinate parts procurement and ensure delivery capability
* Align batch selection with Quality Assurance
* Track production orders and ensure on‑time delivery
* Support roll‑out and end‑of‑life strategies
* Develop logistical concepts to improve internal processes
Requirements
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant vocational training
* 2+ years of experience in production planning
* Experience with optical components is a plus
* Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
* Team‑oriented, communicative, and confident in decision‑making
* Good SAP skills (PP; APO/SCM beneficial) and strong ERP affinity
* Proficient in MS Office
* Excellent German skills and good command of English
