Your Responsibilities:
7. Act as focal point towards the suppliers for operational activities and contract management
8. Act as ambassador of the supplier towards internal functions
9. Manage Supply Chain & Quality aspects of the contract
10. Responsible for On Time, On Quality and On Cost performance
11. Manage supplier quality approval / authorization
12. Ensure that suppliers are compliant with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders
13. Monitor / support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase
14. Provide consolidated forecast and ensure that suppliers will have the required capacity
15. Assess the supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the supplier development
16. Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
17. Work out short-term recovery plans
18. Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects
19. Set long-term development targets together with the suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team
20. Contribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED)
21. Present the situation of the supplier on operational performance (KPIs, assessments)
22. Maintain close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites
23. Ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services
Your Profile:
24. Completed studies in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality oder comparable
25. Professional experience in Supplier Management, Quality Management and Supply Chain
26. Experience in Presentation
27. Experience in Project Management is advantageous
28. Basic knowledge in Change Management, Lean Management and Total Quality Management
29. Strong technical knowledge
30. Good skills in MS-Office, SAP and Google Workspace
31. Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
32. Willingness to travel
