Your mission
* Sales target management, formulate annual sales plan to grow the sales revenue.
* Build great customer and partner relationships.
* Customers management and formulate differentiated maintenance strategies.
* Cross-team collaboration: Link technical teams and related departments to provide customers with the best solutions.
* Market strategy and competitive product analysis to formulate sales strategies respectively.
* Definition and implementation of marketing and sales activities in close collaboration with the internal and external interfaces.
* Development of user stories together with all stakeholders.

Your profile
* Degree in engineering and/or business with technical acumen
* Proven experience in previous sales position
* Professional experience in the field of additive manufacturing is highly beneficial
* Good knowledge of English; other language skills like French, Italian would be an advantage
* Being an effective, convincing communicator to build trusting relationships between all parties.
* Self-motivation with an open 'can do' attitude and hands-on mentality
