Your Role
As a Senior Account Manager within the Sales EMEA Department, you will be part of the Central Europe Sales team and report directly to the Head of Central Europe Sales.
In this role, you will take ownership of strategic sales activities and client management across the Central Europe region, gaining broad exposure to commercial, advisory, and business‑development topics. From day one, you will be fully integrated into the Sales and Account Management team, collaborating closely with colleagues across departments and markets.
You will engage directly with clients, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full commercial lifecycle, contributing to revenue growth and long‑term partnerships. With your proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, you will help shape regional sales initiatives and ensure high‑quality execution in a dynamic, growth‑driven environment.
Your Responsibilities
Budget
1. Accountable for achieving and surpassing budget targets across assigned regions, ensuring sustainable revenue growth
Sales
2. Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within both existing and prospective client segments
3. Drive growth by generating high‑quality leads and expanding the regional market footprint
4. Represent the organization in senior‑level client engagements, including meetings, presentations, and complex negotiations
5. Lead the full sales lifecycle — from opportunity discovery to contract initiation and client onboarding
6. Take ownership of revenue generation, commercial outcomes, and margin optimization within the designated sales territory
7. Contribute to shaping and executing the Institutional Sales Strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives
8. Gather and interpret market intelligence to refine prospect targeting and regional business development plans
9. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations tailored to strategic stakeholders and high-value prospects
Account Management
10. Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through regular, high‑quality engagement within the designated sales area
11. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring retention, commercial expansion, and enhanced client satisfaction
12. Provide first-level resolution to non-technical issues, ensuring smooth client experience
13. Collect client insights to influence product development and internal decision-making
14. Conduct targeted user training sessions when required to support adoption and usage
General
15. Provide strategic input into 360T’s sales tactics and broader commercial strategy, contributing to long‑term business growth
16. Act as a senior representative of the company in the market, fostering strong internal and external collaboration
Your Profile
17. Experienced Account Management professional with a mature and well‑established network across the financial sector
18. Demonstrated ability to deepen strategic client relationships and consistently enhance retention, revenue, and long‑term engagement
19. Strong track record in advising on and successfully selling complex treasury, trading, and liquidity management solutions
20. Comprehensive background in Global Markets sales & trading, treasury functions, or related financial services environments
21. Academic foundation in banking, business administration, computer science, or a comparable field
22. Highly credible and articulate, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
23. Exceptionally structured, service‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes with a strong eye for detail
24. Driven and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in dynamic environments and contributes actively to team success
25. Fully proficient in professional German communication, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly
