Key responsibilities
In this position, you will have a key role in Smart Buildings, Electrification, Enclosures and Distribution Business Area.
In this role you will drive production efficiency and on-time delivery to customers by creating and maintaining detailed production plan, executing daily, plant-level materials requirement planning to meet delivery schedules.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Generating detailed production plans to maximize the use of resources and meet production specifications and schedules, releasing manufacturing work orders
* Establishing the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates in line with the master plan
* Executing daily materials requirement planning to ensure availability according to production schedule in collaboration with SCM team, defining/monitoring suitable level of stock according to target
* Ensures accuracy of ERP with regard to sourcing rules, supplier lead times, planning time fence, minimum order quantity, safety stock etc.
* Monitoring production and supply performance, identifying root causes of any deviations and coordinating/ implementing relevant
Qualifications for the role
* Experience in Logistics, Production and/or Supply Chain, preferably 3 years of experience related to production scheduling
* Good IT skills, good knowledge of SAP PP & MM/Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)
* Knowledge of inventory management and inventory optimization
* A collaborative, structured, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
* Ability to collaborate across departments
* Fluency in German, good English
