You will be expected to support and collaborate across the whole team to develop business and project specification.OverviewAs our Channel Account Manager DACH, you’ll support HID’s success by:Managing and developing all assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targetsField based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and engaging with customersDeveloping and executing the Business Strategy for new and existing accounts across the DACH regionIdentifying new sales opportunities to increase market shareIntroducing the latest products and solutionsDevising and implementing account plans to accommodate strategic goalsDelivering the required support and training to accounts in regionConducting regular market analysis to determine customer needsRepresenting the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings as requiredCollaborating across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needsMaintaining customer details, activities and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM ToolAnalyzing account sales figures to understand buying patternsMaintaining up to date knowledge of all HID products and competitive products and solutionsPreparing and submitting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools providedCreating a Partner Community to maximize brand loyalty and revenueYour Experience and Background include:Bachelor Degree or EquivalentA minimum of 5 years experience managing accounts in a B2B environmentDemonstrable ability to hit sales targetsPrevious experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions is desirableExperience in a solution selling environment specifically SaaS and/or Cloud-based licensing models would be desirableExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work as a self-starter, but also work effectively as part of a teamHands-on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizingAbility to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standardsCustomer first approach with a clear can-do attitudeExcellent planning, prioritizing and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlinesShow good initiative and enthusiasmAbility to travel extensively within the region – 60%Work calmly under pressureAbility to effectively communicate in the German & English language, both verbally and in writingWhat we can offer you:Competitive salary and rewards packageCompetitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balanceA vibrant, welcoming and inclusive cultureExtensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potentialTo be a part of a global organization that is pioneering hardware, software and servicesWhy apply?Empowerment: You’ll work as part of a global team in a flexible work environment, learning and enhancing your expertise.
