Your tasks
9. You will be responsible for managing an Integrated Product Support (IPS) sub-project in the sales phase.
10. You will lead the IPS bid management in the project, i.e. you will be responsible for creating the IPS bid specification, a corresponding quantity structure and schedule.
11. You analyze the stakeholder requirements, issue compliance statements and transfer the scope of delivery/services into the specification (system requirements).
12. You form the central interface between the IPS department and the project.
13. You will also represent the IPS sub-project in discussions with various external stakeholders (with representatives of clients and contractors).
14. You manage the IPS bid team from a technical perspective and represent the division in the project organizations.
15. You coordinate the contributions of the specialist departments of the IPS division and ensure a consistent IPS offer.
Your profile
16. You have successfully completed a technical/economic degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, shipbuilding or have a comparable qualification.
17. You are proficient in project management methods.
18. Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of bid management, requirements management or systems engineering.
19. Previous knowledge of IPS (logistical data, technical documentation, training, spare parts management) is desirable.
20. You are communicative and enjoy using your teamwork skills to achieve joint success.
21. You are able to create structures (structural and procedural organization) and design them efficiently for specific projects.
22. You have a confident manner and presentation skills as well as very good written and spoken English.
23. You have already gained several years of professional experience in project management and have already managed your first projects/sub-projects independently.
24. Ideally, you have professional experience in sales/proposal projects and/or in the field of defense, naval/military logistics or in IPS / Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
