We are looking for a (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, someone who has already successfully delivered projects for the Federal Employment Agency (e.g., IT-Systemhaus). This is a permanent position, available full-time or part-time, so you can write your success story with us in a way that fits your life.
Location
You can contribute to our work entirely location-independent - mobile work is part of our culture.
You will primarily work from home and attend on-site appointments at the client (e.g., in Nuremberg and surrounding areas) when required.

Responsibilities
Your Mission with Us
You will take responsibility for complex digitalization and transformation projects - both within the project team and with our clients. You will combine strategic thinking, methodological strength, and communication skills.
In particular, this includes:
* Leading (sub-)projects in the public sector - with a focus on the Federal Employment Agency - from conception to implementation.
* Applying your consulting expertise both methodically and technically, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
* Driving projects to successful outcomes that provide value to all stakeholders, using customer-oriented communication.
* Managing multiple stakeholders, building strong, collaborative relationships, and fostering engagement.
* Analyzing project progress at an overall and modular level, and creating transparent status reports for project management and stakeholders.
* Monitoring target vs. actual performance (e.g., timelines, costs, milestones) and actively supporting project controlling and resource management.
* Identifying deviations and risks early, documenting actions, and contributing to achieving goals on time, within budget, and at the required quality.
* Planning and moderating internal project meetings and supporting project management on all relevant topics.
* Using tools such as JIRA and Confluence confidently.
Qualifications
What Convinces Us
* Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in consulting, with successfully delivered projects for the Federal Employment Agency (e.g., IT-Systemhaus), ideally in software development.
* Proficiency in both classic and agile methods (e.g., V-Model, Scrum), with certifications as proof.
* Technical expertise and ideally experience in the public sector - especially with the Federal Employment Agency or IT-Systemhaus.
* Strong structured and independent working style, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
* Experience in project controlling, stakeholder management, and working in interdisciplinary teams.
* Confident and empathetic demeanor, with a high level of customer orientation, quality awareness, and problem-solving skills.
* German language skills at least C1 level.
* Ability to stay positive and humorous in challenging phases, with a hands-on mentality and positive energy for the team.
