What will you do
The Product Manager, EMEA, Security Service is accountable for innovation, development, and management of service products within the Security domain in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role operationalizes global service platforms within the region and is responsible for building and managing region-specific service products using the Rapid Closed Loop (RCLP) new service design process. This role sits within the Global Service Product Management organization and is a key partner to the EMEA domain and leadership teams.
How will you do it
Key Responsibilities
1. Owns KPIs for an assigned service product portfolio
2. Operationalizes service platforms from global team
3. Builds and launches region‑specific service offerings as needed, in alignment with global standards
4. Serves as domain service subject-matter expert (SME)
5. Participates in problem-solving, kaizen, and VSM events
6. Represents regional field and customer voice to global team
Success Measures
7. Supports region domain service P&L performance, including revenue growth and margin expansion
8. Delivers on-performance new service introduction (NSI)
9. Improves service attach/linkage rates across the portfolio
10. Increases premium (full coverage) service mix
11. Drives growth in connected assets
What we are looking for
Required
12. Extensive experience in service product management, service operations, service commercial enablement, or product lifecycle management
13. Proven expertise in the Security Service domain, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
14. Proven track record of successfully bringing new capabilities to market
15. Strong project management and execution skills
16. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
17. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
18. Willingness and ability to travel 10–25% of the time
Preferred
19. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration & Management, or Technology
20. Experience working with digital or connected solutions
21. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and tools
