What you'll do
* Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner for management and executives, ensuring HR strategies are closely aligned with overarching corporate goals to support sustainable business success
* Provide proactive guidance on workforce planning, ideally skill-based, as well as talent and people management. Design and implement effective compensation and benefits structures, including grading systems, technical career paths, and remuneration models
* Offer active support, advice, and training for managers, enabling them to effectively apply HR tools and drive organizational design and development initiatives
* Collaborate closely with other HR business partners and experts from various HR departments, both locally and globally, to ensure seamless implementation of the business and HR strategy as well as the HR roadmap
* Play a key role in shaping the culture within our global IT organization, fostering diversity and inclusion while delivering excellent services to internal business partners
Who you are
* Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources or bring extensive professional experience in HR, including at least several years as a Global Senior HR Business Partner
* Demonstrate a digital mindset, expertise in workforce planning, and a strong track record in organizational development and change management within transforming environments
* Exhibit a proactive and independent working style, excelling in both consulting and execution to drive impactful results
* Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with all levels of management and external partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
* Quickly integrate into international networks and leverage cultural diversity to build strong internal and external business relationships that support the successful implementation of company goals
* Be business fluent in both written and spoken English and German, ensuring seamless communication in a global environment
