Your Responsibilities Strategic support and development of international key accounts Development and implementation of individual account strategies Identification of new business opportunities and market trends in the smart building sector Coordination with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing) Conducting contract negotiations and offer calculations Participation in international trade fairs, conferences, and customer events Your Profile Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration or similar Several years of experience in international sales and key account management Solid knowledge of sensor technology, building automation, and IoT technologies Fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus) Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Strong communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–50%) Your Strengths Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset Strong customer orientation and closing skills Intercultural competence and team spirit Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Ready to make a difference?
