We are looking for
Account Manager (m/f/d)
at one of our locations in Germany - Rülzheim
Your tasks:
* Point of contact for our OEM and Tier 1 customers on quality-related issues
* Handling customer complaints (8D reports, root cause analysis, follow-up measures)
* Conducting and documenting internal and external audits
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes
* Working closely with production, development, and suppliers
* Completed technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or similar
* Initial professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry desirable
* Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, FMEA, and common quality tools
* Strong communication skills, customer focus, and assertiveness
* Good German and English skills
