Job Title: Warehouse Procurement Specialist (Germany)

Position Summary
The Warehouse Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring a wide range of goods and services required for the efficient operation of warehouse and logistics facilities in Germany.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, quality assurance, supplier reliability, and on-time delivery, supporting daily warehouse operations and project-based procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Procure warehouse assets and equipment, including but not limited to racking systems, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), forklifts, conveyors, and IT hardware, in line with operational needs and approved budgets.
Manage procurement of packaging materials (cartons, pallets, tapes, labels, protective materials) and other warehouse consumables to support daily operations.
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for outsourced services such as cleaning, security, facility maintenance, waste management, and other third-party service providers.
Support procurement related to facility leasing, equipment leasing, and general administrative or facility services required for warehouse operations.
Provide procurement support for warehouse engineering projects, facility upgrades, layout optimization, and infrastructure maintenance initiatives.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in compliance with company standards.
Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing vendors to ensure service quality, cost competitiveness, and performance stability.
Conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and service scopes to drive cost savings and value optimization.
Support cost analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, German and EU regulations, and internal audit requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier performance records.
Experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Operations, preferably in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, or industrial environments.
Language
• Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
• German language skills are a strong advantage.
Location & Work Authorization
• Must be legally eligible to work in Germany.
• Based locally in Frankfurt or willing to relocate.
