Production Coordination (m/f/d) in Kassel
documenta und Museum Fridericianum gGmbH is a non-profit company owned and financed by the City of Kassel and the State of Hesse, and also receives financial support from the German Federal Cultural Foundation. The non-profit company is responsible for the documenta exhibition, which takes place every five years, the Fridericianum, the documenta archiv and the documenta Halle.

documenta and Museum Fridericianum gGmbH is seeking a Production and Technology Coordinator (m/f/d) for documenta 16 in Kassel.
This is a full-time position, limited until December 31, 2027.
Your responsibilities
* Collaboration in the project management of exhibition projects
* Collaborating on the budgeting of exhibition projects
* Collaborating on cost tracking and cost control for exhibition projects
* Collaborating on the technical preparation, planning, setup, and support of exhibition projects
* Collaborating on the implementation of tenders, awarding contracts, and invoicing services related to exhibition production
* Collaboration in the management of external service providers in the technical area
Your profile
* Very good knowledge of contemporary exhibition production processes
* Very good written and spoken German and English
* Experience in managing large budgets
* Confident use of common IT programs (e.g., CAD, 3D modeling, databases, MS Office, MS Project)
* Affinity for technology and interest in current discourses in contemporary art
* Initiative, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
