We are looking for you, located in Vienna, Bonn, Trier or 100% remote within Germany or Austria as a
Product Manager (m/f/d) Clinical
Your tasks are:
1. Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation
2. Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
3. Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
4. Analysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcare
5. Conception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.
6. Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
7. Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.
8. Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.
9. Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
10. Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization
You’ll bring in:
11. University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced nurse)
12. 2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support - alternatively or 5 to 10 years experience in hospital environment with strong affinity to IT topics
13. Market knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, especially in clinical processes
14. Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
15. Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
16. Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
17. Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
18. Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
19. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English
20. Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
21. Self-management skills and self-starter attitude

The minimum salary for this position is 54.000 € gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
