This position will have a solid understanding of the global Ostomy market through close collaboration and partnerships with local marketing teams. The Global Product Manager will support the development of annual marketing/tactical plans which will also entail liaising with external vendors and managing marketing projects and initiatives from ideation through to completion and execution/follow-up. The Global Product Manager will have an integral role in the Global Marketing Organisation for Hollister Ostomy, supporting the wider team in identifying products and services needed, planning and executing product launches, executing marketing campaigns and supporting with various business-related projects. The Global Product Manager will also lead on wider marketing initiatives including in-depth collaboration with local Business Units, supporting local marketing organisations with adopting global strategies and tactics.Successful candidates will be required to work 3 days a week from one of our Hollister offices in Munich, ensuring consistent collaboration and team engagement. For the remaining days, you have the flexibility to work remotely. As such, it's essential for candidates to be based near a Hollister office within Europe to facilitate easy commuting. We believe this approach fosters a dynamic work environment while respecting the need for work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Global Hollister Ostomy Strategy – Upstream Marketing (in conjunction with GMM):Support the compiling of key goals and tactics, including segmentation and market analysisProvide input into the global Skin Health messaging strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with KOLs, association and advisory board participantsSupport market and competitive research and clinician surveysCompile insights from macro and healthcare environment trends to inform strategy refinementLead or contribute to global segmentation and targeting initiativesPlanning & Executing Global Hollister Ostomy Strategy – Downstream MarketingSupport execution of the Annual Marketing Plan and key tactical initiativesConsolidate and analyze sales data to distill marketing or commercial insightsLiaise with external vendors to develop marketing and communication materialsCollaborate with local marketing and GMO peers to deliver tools and messagingCollaborate with the Global Customer Experience lead to align on digital initiatives for the brandCollaborate with Clinical Education team to align on HCP education initiativesSupport Business Units with product information for listings, registrations and tendersPartner with GCX team to shape and drive end-user engagement strategies and their executionDevelop, Monitor & Collaborate – General Marketing Activities & ProjectsLead Veeva approvals and associated processes for global marketing assetsOwn Hollister Ostomy space in the DAM system and maintain updatesRepresent global marketing team in global projects as requiredProvide ongoing support to local businesses (education, training, materials)Collaborate across the marketing team to drive cross-functional alignmentCo-travel with sales and nursing to understand market and campaign executionMonitor the competitive landscape and share insightsLead reviews of claims matrices for clinical messaging and represent the brand within IEPSupport planning and follow-up for clinical and customer eventsFinance Management/Budgets, Planning And ForecastingEnsure activities are implemented within budget and on timeTrack marketing budget, raise POs, manage COUPA and invoice closuresCapture data on new launches and conduct forecasting analysisSupport supply and forecasting processes, including communications to local marketingSupport demand forecasting for marketing initiatives in collaboration with Finance and Supply ChainWork Experience Requirements5–8 years of experienceMedical Device marketing experience and previous knowledge/experience of the healthcare industryCore product marketing experience and capability including launch planning & follow-upEducation RequirementsUndergraduate/Bachelor’s degreeMarketing Qualification preferableSpecialized Skills/Technical KnowledgeInsightful and forward-looking; strategic thinkerExperience in executing marketing strategies, campaigns and initiativesAbility to effectively prioritise multiple demands, make good decisions and action promptlyAbility to execute based on data-driven customer insights; demonstrated quantitative analysis skillsCreative ability/innovative combined with energy & enthusiasm to develop & implement campaignsProven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results through wider functions/teamsExperience in PowerPoint, Excel and a familiarization of key digital/social media platformsCan assert own ideas and persuade others; gains support and commitment from othersProjects a positive image and models collaborative behavioursGood level of business maturity and experience in marketingLanguage RequirementsFluent in English – written and verbalAbout Hollister IncorporatedHollister Incorporated is an independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures and markets healthcare products worldwide.
