Job Description
We are seeking an experienced quality professional to define, implement and govern quality processes that align with our growth goals. The role will ensure the set-up and continuous development of a globally harmonized quality management system in accordance with corporate standards and international requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing global frameworks and processes to ensure fulfillment of customer-specific quality requirements across all regions and sites. This includes acting as the global coordination point for customer audits, supporting local sites with standardized audit preparation processes and reporting.
Additionally, the candidate will define and discuss quality agreements with customers, ensuring the achievement of the customer's quality objectives. They will also supervise and consult employees within their area of technical responsibility, including contribution in goal setting agreement, personnel development and training measures.
