Development: Implement functional requirements for the enhancement of our financing and leasing products. Digitalization & Optimization: Design efficient digital closing processes for customers and dealers. Innovation with AI: Identify and implement AI-based features to make the sales process smarter. Project steering: Lead projects in a national and international corporate environment. Stakeholder management: Coordinate requirements and all relevant stakeholders. Training & enablement: Conduct training for internal teams and dealers/salespeople. Monitoring & reporting: Analyze performance of introduced measures against defined KPIs. Profile Completed university degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification. Multiple years of experience in project or product management, within financial services, automotive or consulting. Deep experience with POS systems and omni‑channel processes. Practical experience in the application and integration of AI tools for process optimisation. Experience in agile project methods and working with interdisciplinary teams. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
