We’re looking for a Associate Product Owner (PO) to help evolve our ePaper platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging reading experience for audiences across multiple devices. Our ePaper solution enables publishers to transform print editions into interactive digital formats, combining rich media, reader-friendly layouts, and advanced publishing workflows. As a Associate PO, you will focus on the “how” - supporting the execution of product enhancements, ensuring alignment between user needs and technical feasibility. You will work closely with Product Managers (PMs), who define market requirements and priorities, and help translate these into clear, actionable development plans for our teams. Together with developers, designers, and editorial teams, you will contribute to the seasonal Product Increment (PI) process, making sure our ePaper solution stays at the forefront of digital publishing innovation. You will report to the SVP Product Management. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Product Managers (PMs) to understand market needs and turn them into structured development tasks. Act as a liaison between PMs, POs and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on feature implementation. Help define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a structured and efficient development process. Assist in planning and overseeing the execution of new features, ensuring they enhance reader experience, usability, and publisher workflows. Collect and analyze user feedback, supporting continuous improvement of the ePaper solution. Support the Product Team in tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring timely delivery of product updates. Communicate product updates and improvements to internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Some experience in product management, content publishing, or digital platforms - internships, project experience, or associate product roles are a plus. Familiarity with digital publishing trends, user experience, or content workflows. Basic understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management tools like Jira is a plus. Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving. Required Skills: Passion for digital publishing, content management, or media technology. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced product environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and usability. Comfortable working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including developers, editorial teams, and colleagues across different time zones.
