Your mission
1. Work closely with Sales, SCM, and Application Engineers to coordinate project data and planning.
2. Coordinate, execute, and supervise projects throughout their lifecycle.
3. Initiate project approvals with the approval committee.
4. Act as the customer-facing representative and main contact person for the internal project team.
5. Schedule, monitor, and report on project progress, milestones, costs, and resources.
6. Intervene directly in case of risks and identify alternative solutions.
7. Prepare project plans and risk registers, including deriving measures and tracking deadlines.
8. Maintain ongoing communication with project participants, conduct status meetings, and provide weekly reports on ongoing projects to the Head of Project Management.
9. Manage conflicts and motivate the project team.
10. Drive process optimization initiatives.
11. Implement lessons learned, including deriving measures and analyzing post-calculations.
Your profile
12. Completed degree in Business Administration or comparable training with further qualification in Project Management.
13. Technical expertise in metal construction.
14. Several years of proven project management experience.
15. Broad process and methodological knowledge in project management.
16. Willingness to travel internationally.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Analytical and structured way of working.
19. Very good command (C1) of English AND German, both written and spoken.
20. Solid IT skills (Windows, MS Office, SAP).
