Aufgaben
Your Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of digital credit and risk management solutions in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and act as a trusted advisor to key clients:
* Acquisition and development of client relationships at executive level (C-level), particularly in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, and Energy sectors
* Positioning AI-driven solutions as strategic levers for efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
* Managing the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification and qualification to closing complex deals
* Developing sector-specific sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Being an active driver of cultural and technological transformation within the German team, with a high degree of autonomy
Qualifikation
Your Profile
* Several years of B2B sales experience in complex software or financial solutions with a focus on technological innovation
* Ideally, a background in credit management, collections, or risk management
* Experience in target industries such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Utilities
* Strong communication and negotiation skills at C-level
* Technical understanding of digital platforms, AI solutions, and SaaS models
* Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach and strong intrinsic motivation
* Fluent in both German and English
