The team is in charge of managing Partners - agencies who service brands on TikTok and responsible for partners' performance. We are looking for an account manager to onboard, incubate and support Partners in the Germany market. As the Partnership Development and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and driving the TSP ecosystem. The role Partnership Development and Operations Manager is to expand and drive the TSP ecoystem through business development, training and project management. This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with partners on the platform. This candidate will take part in onboarding and education of partners, from smaller TikTok savvy agencies to 'big six' media companies. You will become an expert on social E-commerce and all things to support our partners and help them to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform. The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok. Responsibilities:- Establish TikTok as the E-commerce platform of choice for brands by building strong relationships and exploring partnership opportunities with E-commerce and digital marketing agencies across core functions including: creative, social, production, logistics and influencer marketing.- Establish themselves as the primary liaison, TikTok advocate and owner of client relationships for their respective agencies.-Support partners throughout their onboarding and incubation on the platform, including identifying opportunities, providing strategic briefs, training, and consultation.- Be responsible for TSP performance and growth by educating and training TSPs with best practices across live strategy, analysis and diagnosis of traffic and performance data.- Design and launch TSP incentives and activities to encourage TSP's engagement.-Focus on new agencies in the E-commerce ecosystem - building them up and developing them into successful and thriving TSP agencies.-Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:- +1 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree - Experience in partnership development and account management- Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.- Data driven; an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.- Have a strategic mindset and high curiosity to deeply understand the inner workings of social E-commerce in a German context.- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.- German proficiency as the person will need to be liaising with German stakeholders Preferred Qualifications:- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate fast-paced work environments and to thrive- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising work based on the needs of the business. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Great at building trusted relationships with platform partners.- Experience in account management within tech companies, E-commerce platforms, or agencies is preferred. - Established network within agency contacts across creative, social, production, or influencer agencies.- Creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative strategies.
