Job Description Lead and manage a team of Product Owners and Managers, ensuring high standards, proper workload distribution, and effective onboarding, training, and performance management. Maintain initiative backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee feature delivery progress, dependencies, and deadlines across modules. Resolve disruptions, remove roadblocks, and guide the team to optimal sprint presentations and PO release documentation. Collaborate cross-departmentally to align on business goals and product execution. Take ownership of complex or cross-modular initiatives, including ad hoc strategic tasks beyond core scope. Participate in roadmap planning, customer update sessions, and operational meetings; step in for Product Director responsibilities when needed. Drive quality and control for new features through peer review sessions and internal collaboration. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions. Monitor and maintain adherence to product management procedures, policies, and documentation standards across the team. Identify synergies across Shiji’s broader portfolio and ensure seamless integration of product modules and initiatives. Utilize industry experience to participate in peer review sessions, ensuring control and quality assurance of new features through technical insight and cross-functional collaboration. Travel domestically and internationally to Shiji offices and Shiji customers for collaboration and presentation.
